The door occasionally closes fully and then immediately reopens as if
something passed underneath. The track is clear each time this happens.
It may work normally several times and then repeat the issue againlater. The inconsistency makes it difficult to tell garage door issues to watch for whether the problem
is electrical or mechanical.
